Using Multiple Browsers

Am I the only one who not only uses multiple browsers, but NEEDS more than one just to view the web properly?

I can still remember the days when InternetExplorer was the only thing available on a PC worth noting, and then Netscape came out.

I've been a big fan of Firefox, but sometimes certain video players do not work on my Firefox 4, so I have to load up Chrome or IE.

IE has trouble in some scripts and even some wordpress admin areas.

Chrome messes up some sites completely, but it is super fast and slick.

I feel like I need three browsers now to view everything I need.

Of course when I design a site I check it in all three browsers above and even check it in Opera, but I hardly ever use it anymore.

Not sure if it is programming errors by site developers or if my browsers pluggins are messing something up or what, but I am curious to see if others are having similar results.

Oh, in Aweber twice I sent out a broadcast using Firefox, and it never actually sent, so I always log in using IE now and never had a problem. Coincidence? Superstitious? probably.

I only use one. If it's on my PC I use FireFox and if using my Mac I use Safari.

I just use FF. I began using it since it was in public beta testing over a decade ago and have used it exclusively ever since. As there's a free site that will take and display to you screen shots of your site to show how it looks in all of the major browsers, and at different resolutions, I don't see a need to use anything else.

The only thing that's sort of tempted me is Chrome, and that's mainly where I use Blogger: with G owning both, they really push Chrome on Blogger and I get multiple little hints to try it every day. The meme is slowly wearing my resistance away.

I use primarily Chrome to surf because it loads so much faster than Firefox or IE.

I used to use Firefox all the time because of the great add-ons. I changed to Chrome when I realized how much faster it was. I still use Firefox because the SEO Book toolbar is not available on Chrome and the ability to use a master keyword in Firefox. I also love to use Picnik, but it's been giving me problems in Chrome. So, whenever I need to use Picnik, I use it in Firefox.

I occasionally use IE since some websites STILL don't work properly in Chrome.

Having said all that, I usually have all 3 open at once. Why? Because I have many accounts at Yahoo and Gmail that I regularly check. By having different Yahoo/Gmail accounts open in different browsers, I don't have to sign on/off constantly.
