What does it take to convert?

Being a newbie in affiliate marketing, what's the most important when it comes to converting?
I'd like to thank you for any input in advance.

    it really depends on what method you are doing..

    like if you are into media buying then i would say the number 1 most important factor is your landing page.

    landing pages are the main factor in conversions.
    that is why people spent thousands to get a good designer to develop a landing page for their sales letter or their business site.

    2nd would be the invaluable offer you will be giving on the landing page.


    but if you are talking about conversion as in ur website, that means people are looking at your website already and u want to know what makes them convert into sales then that is a total different ball game.

    my specialty is in converting people into my list.
