Paypal can freeze your account because you are logging in into paypal account of another country..they can find this as a suspicious activity..

If they limited your account you need to provide ids such as passport .
    Signature
Make offer Via Pm:QUALIENT.COM for sale

There's really not much you can do, they freeze accounts for various reasons. There are other payment options avail, moneybookers (which is based in the UK and they've been around for years), Alert Pay, Hyperwallet and a few others, but those are pretty commonly used. Paypal is really putting the gears on internet marketers and even for those of us whom have been with them from the start. If someone requests a refund, just get on it and don't bother disputing it, as they have issue with that.

There are quite a few reasons they freeze or limit accounts including: Logging in from various countries in a short time span, suspicious activity (definition is as secret as Colonel Sanders recipe!) your account is linked to a suspended account via IP or flash cookies,etc.,etc. The answers to your questions would be too much to write here but there are answers, also check out this guide to paypal: http://alturl.com/x8ecn .

Here is my advice if you want to stay on the safe side:

    - Don't do "blackhat" stuff with your paypal stuff
    - Don't by from "unknown people" from unknown forums / blackhat forums
    - Don't login with different IP adresses

You can find more advices , if you do a quick search on Google or look at PayPal's Terms and Conditions.
