When you set up a FB page for a business, is it linked to your personal account?

Hi all,

I don't want my personal FB account to be linked to my side businesses peddling such things as coasters and toasters and roasters. I know I have to use my personal FB account to set up a business listing, but will it show up on my profile anywhere that I am the owner of that account, or will I just have behind-the-scenes admin access?

I have several reasons for keeping my businesses private for now - for one, I'm FB friends with coworkers, superiors, and clients at my current FT place of business, and don't want them privy to everything I'm delving into at the moment. It's not time to reveal my exit strategy yet.

    I just recently (1 week ago) created a FB business page and I did not have to link it to anything.

    I used a different email address and log-in info - and there is absolutely no affiliation between my personal and business FB

    You can use different Id to log in and creating page.. But don't spam.

    Yes it will be linked, but in the facebook page settings you can use, use page as facebook or something like that to stay anonymous
