What difference between Amazon review sites and Amazon niche sites?

I am newbie.
I want to know what difference between review and niche.:confused:
Which is best?
Which is easyer?
I want to creat a site,but I don't know choose review sites or niche sites.
How can I choose review theme?
theme means a sort of product market? or it only be content of sites(nothing with product)?
How can I choose niche?

    Niche is a line of products or a subject such as Pet Food Pet Products Coffee Makers etc or knitting, snow walking etc those are niches

    Review is when you choose lets say a coffee maker such as an expresso maker and then you write a review on the expresso maker which is now the niche you are targeting which is coffee makers and Coffee lovers etc.

    Most Amazon Affiliates do review sites which is where you choose a product from any niche and then write an article review and build a mini site or choose a line of products and then make a larger authority site.
