Proper Way To Republish Ezinearticle With Bio Box?

Hi,

im doing an experiment using articles from ezinearticles and wanted to know what the rules are exactly when it comes to this. Do I need to include their whole bio box word for word with the link as anchor text or can I simply include a url (thats not hyperlinked) at the end of the article?

I mean do we have to leave the url as a link or what? At the same time I dont want to screw the orginal publisher, so am I suppose to leave the whole bio box with hyperlinked urls and all? Thanks

The link has to be active. Here's a link to the Ezinearticles TOS for publishers:

so I have to include the entire bio box as well as a link back to ezinearticles? Maybe theres a better article directory to get these articles from?

YES - of course you have to include the bio box and live link. I can't believe you would seriously ask that.

That's true of any reputable article directory - why would you not want to give proper credit to the author if using his article?

well I suppose that makes sense, but I thought it would have just been an active link and thats it.

      Corey -

The whole point of writing an article is to advertise your site/blog/business in the bio box and provide a link to it.

Didn't mean to sound rude - but I was surprised that you thought you could use an article without publishing the entire bio box. If you don't you'll be hearing from some angry authors before long - it's a reputation killer.

"Agree to not add any active links to any article you reprint from our site. This unethical behavior would lead someone to believe falsely that the author of the article endorses the active link when in fact there is no truth to that.
    "

wouldnt this mean you cannot add a link to your product within the article?

Well I did not know you had to include the whole bio box. I honestly didnt even know if you had to make the link active or not, ive seen sites that do not even make the link active.

But its fine, I will include the whole bio box with an active link. I want the author to get credit

I'm not sure I understand your question but as a publisher you can't add additional links to an article written by someone else that you publish on your site.

Well I thought you could use an article and put a product link above and below it. But nevermind, this is all a pain and will lead to low conversions. Im just going to get busy and write up 100 articles real quick.

The experiment will work better this way anyways since its all my content. So forget my questions, lol. Using ezinearticles doesnt look like the route I want to take. Thanks for the help guys

Corey, you can put an intro that includes your links and a footnote below the article that also has your links after the author's bio. You can also put an image or images that the text wraps around that are hyperlinked to your promoted product. Get creative and you'll find that article directory content re-use can be very profitable indeed.

perhaps someone would care to enlighten him as to the AWFUL penalties that the 'internet police' will apply if he dares to omit the resource box.

Sure. For one, the internet service provider company can be called to deny service so that would be pretty poopy. Second, the hosting company can shut down the site in a heart-beat as many people have attested to that happening for toying with someone's intellectual property.

Edit:Corey, you're successful enough and have been in the game long enough to be able to do what you need to do without running afoul of the guidelines.

Like Kay mentioned, it's best to take the highroad so that integrity and rep remains entact.
