advice needed:how to nicely sale a website?

Hi warriors!

I've built a website a few months ago, on a niche market (credit refurbishing, geographically focused (a city) ).
It's quite nice since:
  • i outrank most competitors on several keywords
  • i am on first position 1st page on google for most of my keywords
  • laser targeted as it is, it generates every month about 200 k€ about credit refurbishment files (turnover is credit volume x 0,03 x 70%, where 70%is the success rate for file acceptance)
Regarding the turnover and traffic figures (400 unique visitors / month, which is damn too low) I don't see how i could sell the website.

I could try to cold call competitors, but if any of you happen to have some idea, it woud be wonderful to enlighten me!!

Regards.

Post it on flippa.com or sitepointmarket.com and see if someone is interested.

      Go to this site: www.productioncarcare.com

Use the Locator tool and find possible buyers and then customize your site with as much of their information as you can find. Make it look like it's theirs already. Call the receptionist or leave a voice mail for the owner.

The URL is all you have to make sure he sees and right on the home page, make sure you have a personal welcome message that makes him feel like you're inside his monitor talking to him only. Do that 2 or 3 times and one will buy it.

People love seeing their name in lights, they love personal attention. DO IT and DO IT WELL and you'll get your full price too!! You have to be unique and different, not less expensive or you appear "cheap" and you're not cheap if you're customizing it for the client.

When you make at least $100+ per month, we split the profit 80/20 and YOU get the 80% Until then, you keep 100% and I'll help you drive traffic, get backlinks and put the domain in your name too!

    You're a perfect candidate for ranking: http://www.ez-1.net/rank
Enter your keywords and the URL and that will tell you how much too charge each month to KEEP the keywords you choose at the position you choose.

The best part is you PAY NOTHING until they are at that position and then you DO NOTHING except bill your client and PAY QUALIFIED EXPERTS trained to do their job with proprietary software that works.

On the Flip side you can build or buy back links, join SEO memberships and write articles, do video marketing and try and have fun doing it all yourself. Whatever floats your boat!

Flippa is a good market place, but you should have good traffic and proof of profits to get a good price.

Showing profits is not a problem.
      Traffic is:
      it's a niche
      i aimed specific prospects

so, idon't have huge amounts of traffic, barely 75 a day.
I tried the whole bag of tricks to get visits, but i guess I've reached either my peter's threshold, or i can't locally drive more. I am currently in a dead-end...

Well,if the site makes reasonably good profit for that traffic,i think you have a chance of getting a good price.
