I have started out on the weight loss niche and promoting fat loss 4 idiots from clickbank.
I have created my landing page/seqeeze page and i need recommendation on it.

Please suggest any form of recommendation,

Why redesign a page when you can just market the clickbank page they have for you. You should design an email campaign for clickbank products.

Your landing page is too 70's looking. I suggest you check out WSO for better updated templates plus don't waste your time building a page just for those cb products. You should concentrate on more how to get the buyer first.

A landing or "squeeze" page, by its very nature, is supposed to be short. Yours is long as all hell.

Try making the signup box fit above the fold, and then maybe have a few short, powerful bullet points. Curiosity is key here.

Currently the conversion is real bad
286 visit and i only gotten 11 leads.

By the way, what do you mean by "making the signup box fit above the fold" ?

Above the fold means to have your sign up box
higher up on top before selling to people on this
sales page.

Just put one up on top and one at the bottom
for those who have read through the whole thing.

As a bodybuilder, your header turns me off immediately. From Fat to Flat in 11 days is impossible. I may not be typical but that to me is completely unrealistic...

By 'above the fold' they are telling you your viewers need to see your opt in without having to scroll down. I would shorten and tighten it up a bit. You are not trying to sell them here. Build enough interest to get an email, sell them on your sales page.

Work on a unique USP, something unlike the 10,000 other weight loss information products. Just my 2c.

Although your headline and subhead fonts are not typical, I like them.

The rest looks fine, and is good information IMO.

When I first open the page in my browser, I should be able to see the signup form without any scrolling.

Yeah, you need do that. Just put one in right below the headline, and see if you can shrink your header graphics down a little so it will fit.
