Hi guys. I am just interesting in this question. For how much website with PR6 or 5 can be sold without traffic? And how ti make money with website where only PR?

    A lot can depend on the domain name if all you have is pagerank and no traffic. I would say you should be able to get at least $500 for it (just guessing).

    No traffic and no revenue, I wouldn't be interested in buying it. PR is pretty meaningless. Revenue and traffic is what counts.

      PR alone is almost worthless, Kamal.

      People selling backlinks and SEO services like everyone to be very interested in it, but it's really not that significant at all. Not even for backlinks, where relevance is far more important. (You can see some of this from how common it is for lower-PR sites to outrank higher-PR sites in Google's SERP's).

      The major determinant of what a website's worth is the income it's producing, and the length of the provable history of that.

      After that, various other factors such as age, domain-name, verifiable traffic and so on, can be relevant to its value.

      The page rank of its home page comes below all that in importance.

      (By the way, "selling links on it" may be a very good way for its page-rank to disappear, next time Google updates them).
