Why not split test payment processors between clickbank and others?

People here on WF about sticklers about split testing every single thing.

why not split test processors? I think can be done EASILY...!

what do you think?

    The thing to test is having a buy button that forwards to the cc entry page vs. having the actual cc entry form on the bottom of the sales page.

      Note that you are limited to doing it with your own sales
      not for affiliate sales of your product (as your ClickBank
      affiliates will not get paid for non-ClickBank sales).

      That would rule out most processors like Clickbank and Paypal that take people to another page for that.

    The only disadvantage with other payment processors is that you would not get as many affiliates as clickbank would get you. That's the reason why so many people still have a hard time finding an alternative to clickbank.
