I had "CraigsList Reader", an application which allowed users to search multiple locations of craigslist. You could set alerts, etc as well. I like to believe that it was the best in the market (that's what users told me all the time). It used to be free, and then I changed the price to $25, then $50 and then $100 per license. All of that within 2-3 months of finding this forum.

But then craigslist came and stopped me.

But nevermind that. I am now better and stronger then before. I now have 30+ apps on android.

Once you learn something that cannot be taken away from you.

Very inspirational! You saw a gap in the market for a new application and you nailed it.

Did you code the software yourself or hire someone? It's usually rare to find engineers (coders) with a business flare like you.

I'm always glad to see proof that the forum does create successes. My question to you would be this: what was the method that you used and had banned by Craigslist? Did you lose it because it was Black hat? What kind of thing are you working on now? I have worked up to the $10-$20 dollar range in about the same amount of time as you have but can't seem to break this current plateau.

Craigslist does not like multiple location search solutions. I don't consider it black hat. I think there are lot of people who want to be able to search multiple locations on craigslist and I solve that problem - but they didn't like it.

I now have a search engine for vertical markets (jobs, cars, properties, etc).
