any good alternatives to 99designs

I am needing to outsource some web design work and used a site a while ago that was like 99designs but had no upfront fee or $490 minimum... I really dont want to pay $490 or whatever to have a bunch of people do some graphic design. Is there another website where you can get a bunch of people to do a mock up and only pay for the one you like? Let me know. Thanks

    Head to Odesk or another freelancer site.

    Talk about the general idea of what you are looking for, and ask for a mock up when they apply. Check their portfolio, and give an estimated bid.

    Heads up. I've gotten some awesome designs for $10-20 on there.
