Hello fellow warriors i am Planing to start a business directory website as an individual in uk , want to know do i have to register my business if i want to start a website based in uk ? also what is the process to register business and how much it cost , what if any foreigner wants to start a directory website in uk ? any one can help ?

    To simply create a business directory and list businesses and charge them for a listing I don't believe you are obligated to do anything registration-wise, especially if you don't live in the UK. We do have a couple of phpLD customers that have started web directories in the UK. For example, localtradeads.co.uk comes to mind.
