Outsource Other To Make Sales ?

Hi;
I know this is a stupid question.
Can I outsource others to make a sales on behalf of me?
What am I thinking is, I pay a fix monthly price and commissions base on the numbers of selling.

Will it work?

I just think about this, when talking to my friends that is a car dealer.
He getting fixed salary and a commission based on the sales he make.

He got minimum required sales or next month he will get fired.

Can this be done virtually ?

Perhaps, you got better idea, please share here.

    What you're talking about is basically starting your own affiliate network.

    A good system to use is HasOffers - and then you can broker offers from other networks, just set your payout lower than what you receive for the leads your affiliates make.

    This is with CPA btw..

    Yes that is exactly affiliate marketing. The only thing is that you don't have to sack them if they under perform because they can literally sack themselves.LOL

    That means you would have to split the commissions with them? and what would stop them than getting their own affiliate links and promote those products for a full commissions since they are the ones that are doing the sales. I don't know maybe you can try it first and see how it goes?

      Well, what will stop them?
      It's because the affiliate is by invitation only.

      I saw so many open job in freelance site, that asking people to get leads for their CPA offer.

      Perhaps they are doing well like this.

      Maybe I'm wrong.....
