YouTube - Up Next Removal?

Can someone please tell me how to remove or avoid the "up next" clip that shows at the end of a Youtube video?

I've added my video to Youtube but when it finishes playing it shows another companies video and says "up next" - I need to remove this.

    While watching your video, click "Share" underneath the video.

    Underneath the link there is a button that says "Embed", click on that.

    There should be a check box that says "Show suggested videos when the video finishes", just deselect that.

    That should give you a link to the video that doesn't show suggested videos at the end. Not sure how to remove it from the videos permanently though.
