Make a little extra cash on the side..

Ive been looking around on this forum and its great with plenty of experienced members willing to help out newbies like me.

Cards on the table now.. i would like to earn a little extra cash around me job as a firefighter in the UK.

I have decent computer skills and i am willing to learn and put in effort.

Downside is i have no idea regarding SEo web building etc i have tried to learn but it baffles me with the jargon, like 'backlinks' 'rss' etc etc

Can anyone give me a method in order to be able to earn a steady and long term extra flow of cash?

Thank you

I suggest checking the WSO section of this forum and picking up a popular WSO with tons of good honest reviews.

Then going through it and most importantly taking action.

    Cheers,

What I suggest you is pick a good WSO product which is may be $27 or less and get it that and follow it...

Or else if you hare good with local business people than I believe you can promote local business products or service..

End of the day is you have to learn and apply it.. that's it..

    I hope this helps..

    Thanks

    Hi Jonesy

A fellow Brit - What part of the UK are you from?

Anyway, as the other posts have suggested, find a decent WSO with good reviews. Most are paid but some are free. Things like SEO and backlinking can also be learned using free resources on the net but may not be as focused.

Once you have chosen a WSO or method, stick with it for a couple of months and actually act on the information given. Do not be tempted to buy the next best thing - you could end up with a library of WSOs that you read once and then never look at again.

If you have cash then joining the Warrior War Room is a great investment ($39 for 6 years i think). Lots of free information in there that might ordinarily be WSOs.

    Lots of luck mate

    Raj

    Hey Marc,

Adsense is a pretty good business model, it can just take a while to get ranked in the search engines depending on your keyword and competition.

When people talk about backlinks, they're talking about sites that have links pointing to yours.

So if I write an article on Ezinearticles and put a link in there to my own website, that's a backlink.

There are lots of ways to get backlinks- article directories, blog commenting, forums, social bookmarking, and web 2.0 sites (like Squidoo and Hubpages)

I admit though, I'm not sure what you mean by referred domains.

I wrote an ebook two years ago about how to do well on the firefighter interview. Mine did very well here in the US (and I sold the rights to it). Why not write something like that for the UK? Anytime there are hundreds of people lining up to take a test for something, there is serious money to be made by helping them out

      I'll second that!

      1) Start with what you know (or love)

      2) Learn Internet Marketing skills to promote that knowledge online.

      3) Take those skills to other markets!

And of course check out any training you buy on the Warrior Forum BEFORE purchasing.

      Best of Success!

If you want a "niche", you could research fire safety for hotels/guesthouses in the UK. I think they have to do their own inspections these days - and they don't bother. Google: Penhallow Hotel

There must be a lot of guesthouses/B&B owners out there that'd welcome knowing what the heck to do/what's expected.

If you can write well, provide your service to others. If you give quality, buyers will definitely give you tons of cash. If you don't have those skills, try to follow a WSO here that suits absolute newbies. Make sure you confirm that newbie can profit from that WSO before actually buying it.

    Hi Marc

I've emailed you regarding some excellent free training here in the UK. I can't offer direct training at the moment because my free coaching course is full up, with a waiting list.

I strongly advise you NOT to start buying WSOs, as you won't know the good from the bad yet. With a bit of coaching you can avoid wasting your dosh on junk, and shortcut your learning curve.

I'm soon publishing a 12 part affiliate course, but it'll be a few more weeks before it's ready to go. This will be on a site that I don't promote at the moment, but can be found through my other sites.

With some guidance, you should be able to get started very quickly. The first few weeks are always the hardest, but once you crack it, it becomes easier and easier.

There's no reason why you couldn't be earning the equivalent of your firefighters pay within a year. After that, your online income can grow exponentially.

Kepp checking the Warrior Forum. There's tons of help in here.

I'm in the West Country, and it's great to find yet another Brit in the forum.

    Welcome

    Alan

Join the War Room and go from there. My first money online was made using methods that can be found in ONE post inside the War Room... and it wasn't some sort of stupid "pushbutton, automatic, first page of google, thousands of free backlinks" sort of crap. It is a sustainable business model and the site that I created from using that ONE method continues to make me money every month.

      Just do it!
