What can I do if somebody has copied my website?

He/she copied everything. Articles, pictures... Every single sentence is the same. Very annoying.

Can I do something?

You can contact their hosting company and domain registrar. Some hosting companies are excellent and will remove the content super fast.

You can also file a DMCA copyright infringement with Google, but this takes longer.

And, don't forget to file notices with the other search engines too (some of which act much faster than Google) because it's not right that they benefit from that traffic either.

Your only other options really would be the legal route, which can be very expensive.

Somwhere I read a Google rep saying in most cases a duplicate won't harm your site because they know who came first and won't rank the clone.

Chump's advise is all sound, here's the DMCA link:

You need to send her host a DMCA notice. Complete instructions with the sample DMCA are below. They work and normally within 48 hrs, she will be forced to take down all of your content.
