Traffic to my autoblog

Hello,

I am facing difficulties in pulling traffic to my autoblog? It gets 10-20 UV a day. I am not sure about any SEO which benefits autoblog to improve the traffic. As a newcomer in this field any suggestions to improve traffic will be highly appreciated.

    Personally, Press Release Submission have helped me the most!
    One time I submitted a press release to over 20 sites and BAAAM I got an extra 300 unqiue visitors for some reason :-)
