This Would Be An Awesome Feature For Aweber to Have (Especially for Testing Subject Lines)

I know that you can split-test broadcasts that you send out. However, this is only going to be beneficial when you have a list or an offer that you want to broadcast.

What about the people that are just building a list that want to test their autoresponder sequence to see which subject line performs the best?

Imagine if you could set it so that for every person that signed up to your newsletter or whatever would get a different subject line? That way you could test which subject line actually works without having a big established list.

Correction. I wouldn't want everyone to have a new subject line because that would take a load of work. But if you have 4 different subject lines and rotated them this would be more realistic.

I think this would help all of us make a whole lot more money from being able to test so easily.

Anyway, I am just thinking aloud but I hope someone is listening.

    What if you just created separate lists? I'm assuming your aweber form shows up on multiple places on your site. It would be one way to test.

    Not that hard to do really. Setup two separate lists with the exact same emails but just change the subject lines. Then rotate which list your subscribers are added to so you get half the people on list 1 and half the people on list 2.

    Split test conducted.

    FYI - I would only ever split test TWO things at a time. You will get much faster results this way.
