Is this worth anything?

INTERNET MARKETING

So I've put together a set of php scripts which emulate some functions of Tweet Attacks Pro, namely, the auto responding feature.

It looks for various tweets with specific phrases, then randomly select an account, product/offer, and response to send as a reply. It also gathers jokes, quotes, inspirational stuff, etc to mix in with the 'promotional' tweets and does all of this through my own twitter application.

I'm curious, is this worth selling maybe even as a WSO?

Seems like it'd be worth something to me- if you make it into a WSO the keys would be to

1) Show the benefits of the script to Warriors and

2) Make a video (or videos) of it in action for the sales page

Okay, then I guess I'll get to cleaning up the interface and making it a little more non-techy friendly. Can you recommend any good PHP programmers worth hiring to help with this?
