Help me save my VA's job

Hello,

I have a bright and willing employee whose role was to generate articles for me

Now that I know the right wat to do article marketing (ty alexa and others) I cannot figure what to do with her

Her conent is decent and easily readable and will pass ezine quality control 99% no problem, however it would never get syndicated by a quality site

This employee has earned the right to keep her job and I just dont know what task to give her.

I have an ecommerce store that makes me a few hundred a month and a new adsense blog that is growing nicely.

her specialty is generating decent content not technical issue, anyone have any thoughts?

    Sell services on fiverr?

    Create various authority sites using her content and pushing a bunch of adsense ads?

    Use her to help generate backlinks from directories?

    How much to hire her part time from you?

      It is my understanding that just putting ok content in directories is almost pointless at this point, which is what she was doing until now.

      I should clarify, she isnt the problem, my ignorance is. I have her feeding blogs that link to my site but I dont really know how to build an authority site.

      I would like to keep her in the content generation area as she prefers it and is most suited to it

    You could try having her comment on blogs relevant to your niche to leave backlinks.

    I mean real comments, not just spam of course!

      At some point this is exactly what she will be doing, however as I just started building relevent blog lists it might be several weeks before I have enough for her to do by commenting.

      She is bright but doesnt truely grasp the subtleties of what makes a good commenting blog and what doesnt, onle I have the blogs on an rss feed she can just follow like a roadmap she will be fine

      but as i said that may be a couple weeks away

    I would have her try to build quality backlinks? Get the software to do so. Just find other things to optimize your website for quality performance.

      excellent suggestion. what software would you recommend that might take adavantage of her capability to generate content




      Also i was thinking of having her take unique articles and build a big link wheel

        Want to really help her? Tell her about this forum, give her $20 to post in the warrior for hire section, and let her sell her article writing services on the forum.

        She can probably write all she wants for $5-$8/article.

          interesting, she generates 20 to 35 a week for $50 i think she would drop me like a stone if i showed her this forum

          but a more important question is this, what would people be hiring her to do. Her content is good enough to post on article directories but not good enough to get syndication.

          If i know what people would do with that content I can just have her do it for me and solve the problem

              so if i had her write a bunch of articles about something like camping lets say and then monitized the site, wouldnt i have to build links to the site?


              THe PLR article selling sounds excellnt I will see if i can find a resource to show my how to do that

            You could try having her write articles to build sniper stye sites.

            Maybe a short ebook / report to give away for listbuilding purposes?

            How about press releases for SEO?

    Would it be feasible to take each article, go to a web 2.0 site like weebly and squidoo and build a page around each article tat points to a money site?

    or will this not work as far as having seo value?
