How to track clickbank affiliate optins???

I've been beating my head against the wall about this, and have done extensive Google searches with no solution yet. I'm hoping someone can help...
I'm doing a teleseminar for another person's list. I'm about to send the details of the teleseminar to this person (date, time, etc.) so they can email their list and let them know that they need to go to my domain to optin for the teleseminar.
During the call I'm going to give away a free bonus to the listeners. So they can opt in to get the bonus.
I'm offering the affiliate 75% commissions for each person who opts in and buys.
My question is how do I track these affiliates after they optin for my bonus? I have a follow up sequence that will be sending people to my clickbank sales page.
How can I track these people who opt in so that the affiliate knows he/she will get paid?
