I assume you already sell the leads?

Also I would contact a company that buys the leads from you and see iof one of them wants to go vertical. A company that uses lets say mortgage leads is less likely to know how to reproduce your content then your average IM guy on flippa

    anyways my 2 cents

So they make no money & you dont get any of the leads??

Honestly it'll be hard just getting $50 out of someone, unless, they have amazingly
stunning graphics & some sort of traffic.

Well I asked you above if they have made any money, you said nothing so
        I assumed they made nothing.

If I am going to buy a $10,000 website I want to see everything I get including
back statements showing proof of income. In this case it would be proof of leads.

On your stats you have an 80% bounce rate and most of the traffic
is direct. Which means people are typing in your URL, did you do some
sort of offline promotion? Also why is there only a total of 267 subscribers?
Shouldn't you have thousands in there to show as proof?

You also said that there has been a lot of SEO work but you only have 20 backlinks?
If you just purchased packages recently, I understand that it can take a while for
links to be indexed or even be counted. But again, I'd want to see proof of that too.

You need more proof, alot more to sell for that price. The sale seems questionable to me.

For $10,000 I'd rather buy 10 ebay or Amazon sites that will generate me $100-$200 a
month each on complete Autopilot doing NOTHING just making money.

        Crystal.

Agree with all of the above. In addition, with traffic that high, your Alexa should not be at 6M. There are things that just don't add up, especially for a site that you want $10,000 minimum for.

That doesn't appear to be organic search traffic. It looks like people are clicking on a link in a text message.

          Hi, crystalq
what i didn't mention is that this is Not seo traffic..all my traffic goes straight to the squeeze page not my home page. the traffic is highly targeted i dont make money with it because i don't do email marketing.
that is why i have 80% bounce rate. people simply go to my squeeze page enter their name and email and they leave to confirm their email.

            Steve,
If that was organic search traffic, you'd have a winner on your hands. But in this case, it's your list that has the value (assuming your subscribers are buyers), not the domain.

It depends on what the leads are for and if you can sell them. I'd say a site that generates 1,000 leads a month consistently is probably worth close to $1,000, but it really highly depends on the quality of the leads and the niche.

If you're getting 1,000 solid mortgage leads a month (they're worth $4-10 each, normally), then the site might be worth over 50 grand. It all depends.

You don't sell the sites to Flippa. You pay for and create a listing and sell them on Flippa. Then people bid or not. You can put a "reserve" on the auction which is the least price that you are willing to accept and no one will win the auction until that reserve has been met. Or you can just list it and hope that the bids go high enough to make a profit.

Are you selling the leads currently. Is the site generating any revenue? How much traffic do the sites get?

Edit: Just saw that the leads are not going with the sites, so they're basically some sites that don't make any money. Right?

The first thing that strikes me is for the price, the sales letter is way too short. You have to really hype it up and list all of the benefits of owning this site. It's a sales pitch and right now it doesn't sound like a convincing sales pitch.

You are allowed to edit the auction as long as there are no bids on it, so if you're going to beef up that sales pitch, do it now.

You said it generates 10,000 leads per month. What have you done with those leads? Have they converted into revenue? I mean, leads that don't end up being cash in the pocket ... what are they worth?
