Hi guys.

I just registered with Namecheap a domain for 1.99$.

Keyword has 90,500 searches per month and NO competition at all + keyword is my domain name.

What to do with it?

    Not enough information.

    1) Is that 90,500 EXACT match, or broad match?

    2) No competition usually means there is no money in that keyword.

    3) Does the keyword have commercial intent?

Is it a product that you can sell?

Write a couple of articles and link to an affiliate program like eBay or Amazon (if you don't live in California).

    Or sell it.

Why did you buy it if you don't have any plans for it?

Is it a popular niche? There is a lot of ways to monetize it? Reviews, Adsense, Affiliates etc. all depends on the niche.

You have to make sure the niche is popular and you could make money off it. If you could, then I would either suggest; selling it on GoDaddy as a plain domain, or selling it on Flippa once you have established a website for the niche.

You bought a domain just because you can?

    It depends.

But well done for buying from NameCheap with the $1.99 special offer, anyway.

"NO competition" can be a little concerning, because sometimes it suggests that it isn't a buying niche ... if you do Google searches for the main keyword, are there plenty of different AdWords ads appearing with the searches (or just the same very few all the time)? You see why that might be relevant?

But anyway, Gene has already asked the key questions in post 2, and when the subject's "domain names" and you get a reply-post from him, you don't really need any others (just in case you didn't know).

It probably is not a good idea to buy a domain just to buy one. When wanting to buy a domain you should at least have some ideas or thoughts about what you want to do with it. I hope you can do something with it. Good luck.
