How to market mobile-sms site?

HI - I have a client working on SMS blast control panel - You can build SMS apps using a visual designer. Building text responders, to-fro interactive SMS apps etc. is now a snap using their service.

They are looking for go-to-market strategies.

Any idea a good point to start with?
