Am I seeing this correctly regarding selling WSO threads?

Wanted to make sure I was seeing this correctly regarding recent WSO's. Are people selling their product and entire sales threads? I couldn't believe when I saw some people doing this as I thought that Allan made that clear that a WSO had to be your own product that YOU created.

Any clarification on this would be greatly appreciated.

Much success to you,

Yes, a WSO has to be original. Not too sure about the entire thread, but the product should be original..

I've seen a couple people who sold their SEO SERVICES to another guy. But maybe that is the secret...you can sell your service WSO Threads but not tangible products WSO Threads.

      Thoughts?

    Chris,

Could you give me a fictional example that illustrates the point more clearly? I don't think I'm 'getting' what you're saying.

Anyone caught selling a user account here will get it deleted, if that's the thing you're asking about.

I do know that many wso sellers are selling services. I don't know whether there is or isn't a restriction against that.

I think he may be talking about people selling PLR to their products and including a WSO template to go with it?

That's fine, except for the WSO template part. A salesletter is fine, but you can't resell PLR as a WSO unless you created it and it's cheaper than the general public can buy it for.

      Unclear questions generate uncertain responses.

I believe Chris is mentioning a SEO service sold by user A which has an affiliate program, so users B, C and D create WSO's selling user A services.

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

I am seeing some marketers cranking product after product. This could be indeed the reason. Selling a product in someones thread, someone well established could be a possibility. I am not sure, I am guessing...

This thread made my head hurt. I still have no clue what the original question is. My first thought was that somebody had an ongoing wso thread where they were selling a service and sold the company and the thread along with it. Am I in the ball park?

I'm not sure either... I assume it is either that or the thread the person a few posts above mentioned where they were recruiting affiliates to post their own WSOs and then go through him for the service.

I don't understand the question either.

I wondered if it was a question about the spammer the other day, who was copying and pasting WSOs on the main forum, along with a download link.
