    Hey MikelDonel,

I am definitely a newbie here but just from a quick look at your site, it is pretty clear that the english in the first couple posts is not very good. Just in my own experience, when I go to a website, and in particular when I am prompted to buy something or sign up, the language and grammar become a big factor in my mind. If it is hard to read, I may become skeptical or just dis-interested.

Definitely no offense intended, just my observations.

That is an understatement. More like doesn't make any sense at all.

Did you have any traffic coming to the site?

Also, who wrote the articles? Did you do it all yourself?

I agree with the content issues that the above stated.... also, I looked at your meta keywords and ran them through Rank Checker and your site isn't ranked for any of the three keywords you have in your meta keywords tag. (how to build muscle, bodybuilding, muscle mass)

    Soooo....

I don't know what keywords you are actually ranking for that are bringing in visitors, but I would definitely look for related BUYING keywords and target those.

That said, I am going to go out on a limb and say you don't know how to properly do SEO either since it's been a year and the site still isn't even ranked for any of the meta keywords.... so I would:

    -Get the content fixed.
-Study SEO or hire a good person to do SEO for you

hint: those meta keywords you have should bring in sales IF you can get ranked for them, but I wouldn't even try them if I were you.... going to be tough.

If the articles that you have on your site don't make sense (and sorry, but yours don't...), any visitor to your site will assume that the product that you are selling won't make sense either.

So they are not likely to click through to the offer.

I would recommend that you get a new batch of content written by an English speaking writer before you concentrate on improving your targeted traffic.

The content is unreadable for English-speaking people, Mikel.

In my opinion, you can't make sales from the site without completely re-writing the content (and removing the autoplay video will stop some people from leaving immediately, too, but that's a much smaller and less important point).

If completely re-writing the content soon isn't an option for you, I honestly think you should let the domain-name lapse rather than paying to renew it. Sorry.

I agree with all of the above - the English in the video could be improved as well.

And the first thing people see is the headline. In this case, "How to Build Muscle" might be improved with a specific promise, such as...

      "Building Muscle Fast"
      "12 Days To Bigger Muscles"
"3 Easy Steps to Looking Like This" (Picture of muscled guy)
      "Massive Muscle Made Easy"

Or anything that captures attention and makes a promise. In other words, real them in and give them a reason to stay and check out the website.

Also, the guy in your header looks too scrawny to be on a muscle website. Choose someone beefier, with a gorgeous gal admiring his physique.

Let us know of your progress - you've already gotten further than many would be marketers!

Also, I should advise people to avoid using "-" symbol in their domain names. It gives a less professional appearance and of course, make sure your content is good. I wouldn't say the design of the site looks good as well, the content is seriously lacking and is the site even receiving any traffic?

It is definitely not a surprise you aren't making sales.

    Hi Mikel,

so far it looks good. Adding an about me page will make your site look more personal and legit in the eyes of your prospects.

Keep creating useful, keyword optimized content and watch your organic visitors grow gradually.

      "so far it looks good"
      compared with what?

If I were you Mikel, I would spend some time researching succesful sites in your niche and see what they have done. Learn to do Wordpress though cPanel and get your self a good WP template.

Sorry, but Alexa's right - it's unreadable. It looks more like a big QR code than written content.

The content and the voice over on the video is hard to follow. Whoever is reading doesn't sound like they know what they're talking about, and reading off a sheet. I also don't know what that buzzing/humming sound is but that's going to annoy people enough to leave your page.

Not to be offensive, just want to be as honest as I can.

To rank for specific keywords you need content that is optimized for that keyword. Say you were targeting "best workouts to gain muscle" (gets about 400 searches/month) - you need to have an article optimized for this phrase (all on-page SEO optimized for this), then you need to start building backlinks using this phrase as anchor texs (and remember, quality backlinks are better then quantity).

I would have somebody go through and edit your site for you. Maybe have the video in your top post redone as well. The voiceover work is definitely not what you would expect on a workout website (its usually more EXTREME lol). Also looking at the scarce amount of content I would guess that there isn't too much traffic going to the site. You should work on posting more articles more often. I think that video from June 6 was your first post in months!

Mikel, perhaps try and find a mentor who shares your first language? They might be able to advise you more appropriately.

Here are two things you need more of...and its SIMPLE

    1) More traffic. ...and alot LOT more of it!

    2) Testing. you need to test things, something working well, thats great try to beat it with something else. Keep going until you find something that works, and you cannot get it to work any better. There is a process to this.

    Just dont give up.

First, when it come to sales, I am not the best but as far as SEO, I would say you need to work hard on it.

If you optimize your website for search engine, you would have a decent traffic.

You website falling behind 3 million on alexa. You need to work on getting visitors to stay at the top

Your content needs improvement. I read the first sentence

"Lots of people check out a gymnasium on a yearly basis to exercise, while using wish to can improve his or her shape."
    What...

I'm not even sure what you're trying to say. It almost seems like your articles have been spun with some kind of software. Combine that with a poor understanding of the English language and it's no wonder you haven't made a dime with this site.

Sorry, but you need to try again.

    Mike Hill

PS. You should lose the background image and forget about that header graphic, it's not doing anything for your site. Keep it simple ...
