What is the use of RSS Feeds?

How can I use RSS Feeds for my website?

    Depends on what you mean.. do you want to publish RSS feeds to syndicate content, or do you want to use RSS feeds to gather content to put ON your sites?

    RSS = Really Simple Syndication

    It's great for getting sites / blogs etc indexed by Google and the other search engines.

    Hi Jeff

    Ok, I presume you're talking about a Wordpress blog? You can get autblogging plugins that pulls RSS feeds from Google searches, other blogs, and other web sources. First, you need to have authorisation to use this content on your site.

    Once you do, you can search for RSS wordpress plugins on Google and see what comes up. There are also plenty of paid plugins that do this for you.

    Here's a free one I found doing that search (I'm not recommending it as I've never used it)

    FeedWordPress | simple and flexible Atom/RSS syndication for WordPress

    I believe that Ezine Articles has a Wordpress plugin that uses RSS to pull in articles, but you are limited to the number of articles per year you can use (I think it's 25, you'll need to check).

    But careful, your content will be stolen, your sites get duplicate content by Copyscape and will get punish by search engine.
