Guys! I got a website, so I want to sell it after, tell me please, how can I rank #1 in Google? Get traffic? Any service? SEO? How much it will cost? Any free methods?

I'm guessing its the website there in your sig, right?

To get it to #1 in Google you need a few things:

-Articles/blog posts with your main keyword in there multiple times (but not too many)- about 1-2 times per 100 words

-Header tags- H1,H2,H3 with your main keyword in them

-BACKLINKS- this is where all the money for SEO goes. You can do it for free by making your own social bookmarks, blog comments, etc.

Or you can buy software to do it, or pay someone to do it for you.

How long it would take to rank at #1 is hard to say- you can buy small backlink packages to start and see how it affects your rankings

Depends. How "tough" is the keyword to rank for? What are the buying keywords you are trying to rank for? What is your SEO knowledge? Sure you can do it for free and learn a lot in the process but there are services already in place to help you do it.

PM me with your url and we'll see if I might be able to help. Perhaps a JV in the making? I love the game of SEO, and it is a big game to get to the top. Web design, eh, I don't like so much.

If you are looking for an excellent way to drive TARGETED traffic to your website for FREE than you need to start looking at Forum Marketing.

Forums exist for just about every niche, even the funky ones. Simply find five or six forums that match your niche and then start making posts. Drop a link to your website in your sig file once you build up your reputation and then watch the traffic come pouring in.

I built an entire list (still do actually) solely with forum marketing. It really is a powerful method that many IMer's completely over look.

You are already using a powerful traffic technique simply by posting here and including a link to your website in your signature. I have had postings picked up by Google within minutes and showing on the first page.

In the WSO section there are a gazillion great products on driving traffic. Anthony Tilley has a good one that is comprehensive and quick to implement. John Rhodes product Massive Instant Traffic is also very good.

SEO is free traffic, but there are certainly ways to pay to have it in the first place through SEO services. Of course either way you are paying (either time or money) for that number one ranking.

Another thing to keep in mind is bounce rate and avg time on site. You can really improve both of those by adding video tutorials to your site.

It all depends on your competition for the keyword that you choose. If your competition is high, then it's going to take a long time to be ranked on Google's first page. But if it's not a competitive niche then you just need some back links and make sure your site is SEO friendly with H1, H2, and H3 tages, with one link going to an authority site, with a no follow, and a link going back to your own site.

  Come on Kamal, I've told you before, you want to do this too fast, you're missing all the fundamentals.

Your business idea is good but your business plan doesn't sounds good. Your business plan seems like develop website in one week rank it in next week and than sell it in third week which seems totally impossible. What you should do is to work on 3 or 4 sites develop their presence and than observe which site is doing good reserve one for your self which you think have more potential to make money and than sell other one by one and after selling one buy one fresh. It takes effort, time and money but returen will be AwEsOmE (in po style)

help help i want traffic **waves arms around like hooded bandit!**

instead of screaming i want traffic how about this :-

think about where you most likely prospect is hanging out online and go to them and put y our message infront of them. No junk traffic, no spamming, just go to where these people hang out and direct them over to your site. Simple as that. I guarentee this is the best way to get traffic so targeted it will be hard not to make sales.

Blog commenting, forums, discussions, chat, online workshops, offline workships, conventions etc etc...teh list goes on.

hope this gives you a few ideas.

To get traffic you can run an SEO strategy or advertise banner or text link at sites which are related to niche of your webiste and participate over niche forums.
