I'm looking for a GOOD ghostwriter - IM niche

I'm looking for somebody to create an affiliate training course for me to GIVE to my affiliates to help them increase their sales.

I'd like to cover:

FREE or LOW COST METHODS

- article marketing - long tail
- video marketing
- PR
- etc

PAID METHODS

- PPC
- etc

Now the methods have to WORK... so if the ghost writer has first hand experience in what they are writing about that would be better, or at least SOLID knowledge.

Who do you recommend?
