    That code in the video didn't look like an official QR code, missing the standard square targeting.

    Tried several tatoo pics in google images, didn't have much luck with most. I was able to decode the one below, with an online decoder.

    Some encoders let you adjust the error correction factor, generating a bigger image with more redundant data for better error tolerance, a wise choice for tatoos or artistically modified codes.
