Proven Business Model?

That is pretty difficult to answer, not knowing too much about you.

My advise would be to work out your niche, decide how you are going to monitize and make money from that.

Decide what methods of marketing you are intereted in, keep at that those methods till you perfect them, rinse and repeat.

Are you looking at affiliate marketing, mlm, product creation, etc...

If you let us know you what you are specifically interested in I am sure people will be more than willing to give you some pointers.

Niche sites- then create your own products for the sites that are doing well and getting traffic. When you boil everything down there you can be an affiliate or a vendor, but being a vendor first and an affiliate second is a lot more effective.

You're a War Room member. There are literally hundreds of excellent business models in there free for the taking. Kinda like the WSO board only free.

SEo is realistic and longterm. Build microniche sites around clickbank products

3. Create a product or service to meet that need

4. Create an irresistible offer

5. Advertise to that market

All you are likely to hear back in regards to your post are basic answers and people suggesting various strategies and techniques... NOT business models.

However, if you use the search function, find some of the oldies and goodies that people have compiled into lists in threads and read and search the war room...

Your best answers have already been written in this forum a hundred times.

This is like walking into a library and asking if they have any good novels. Of course they do-they'll want to know what kind are you looking for, and what you want them to tell you about it, besides pointing to it on the shelf. They'll want to know what you are a fan of, what your favorite genres and authors are, what mood you're in, whether you want something serious or light and breezy, a murder mystery, a romance novel, a western, Russian, English, American author, etc.

There are two sections of the forum where almost every thread is a different answer to this question-I suggest you start there, and once something catches your interest, read it and take notes, and then ask questions if you need to; the answers will be a thousand times as useful as any answer here; starting from nothing and a really general question is only going to give you a vague idea of where to start, at best.

You need to get the lay of the land first, and look for something that excites your interest, learn a little about it, and then people who are more advanced in that area can help you with it. Specificity=value when it comes to information. Ask quality questions to get quality answers (got that last bit from Tony Robbins).

If your just looking for a money maker, then I would recommend Co-reg mailing/Affiliate marketing (CPA's). There is a learning curve and it does cost money to get into the game, but I don't know of anything that's better as far as time spent / money made.

Plus, unlike so many other models that exist where the majority of people fail at trying to do. This is something that's hard to fail at once once you fully understand everything and the processes that are involved. That's not BS...I have no course to sell you or offer mentoring/coaching, etc, etc... I'm just telling you of a proven model that works.

-Build a website that ranks high in the search engines and monetize it
-Use Pay Per Click to build a list then market to the list
-Create a great product that converts, recruit affiliates and just help them
-Start a niche blog about something you love and promote it all over the place
-Make tons of videos that rank high in Google and build a list with them
-Flip websites or domains
-Rent out domain names to companies
