How Much Do You Pay Someone To Outsource Menial Tasks?

Hi all,


Looking to hire an outsourcer to help with tasks like research and organization. I am doing a lot of dull and simple work that I believe I can outsource. Since I am still fairly new at this, I am wondering what you all are paying for someone to do really basic office work (e.g. organizing info in spreadsheet).
