How to organize yourself as Internet Marketer(links, programs, $, time,...?

I was just wondering how you guys and girls organize all the information that you need to keep an eye on as an internet marketer. I'm talking about logins, affiliate links, affiliate programs, payments, documents, deadlines,... and all of this for multiple sites.
I run a whole bunch of sites and I definitely need a better system. I already use evernote, roboform and dropbox, but it's still not working like I would like it to.
I'm in desperate need of an organizing and planning system with automated backups of important information.
All tips are very much appreciated!

    Before, I was using an excel and created several folders to organise contents but not anymore.

        I created my own software. For my team we use phpcollab.

    you can make a folder for certain website, like clickbank, and add another folder of the affiliate company and then make a notepad write info of all the affiliate products. In which you'll enter the affiliate link, the classified ad, article. Make another notepad doc and write in all of your ads and articles link. So make a record, I hope it helps
