can i sell a ppc site on flippa.com

I have a real estate website that gets 500 home seekers per month name and email. All the traffic generation are ppc, I pay about 5$ for each 20 leads. Can I sell the site on flippa with the proven ppc campaign?

    Yep, of course. Just make sure you don't disclose too many details about the PPC campaign publically or it will become worthless quite quickly...

    Sure you can sell that site. Just write in the listing that you are going to disclose the exact campaigns to the buyer only.

    Yes thats not a problem as long as you mention the advertising costs and can transfer the campaign to the buyer

    I would not sell a site like that man, think about it for a second. You got a site with a proven ppc campaign and it generates 20 leads for every $5 ad spend. You could easily take those leads and monetize them cpa offers in the real estate niche, or even rent the site out to local real estate agents and get commission on every sale that your leads generate. To me that is worth more than one off sell on flippa because you have business model in place that can generate money over and over. IMO
