Best Paid WP Plugins?

Hey guys,

Wondering if you could help me out. What are the best paid WP plugins that you use? I don't want free WP plugins, but paid only. What are they, and what purpose do they serve you?

Thanks!

There are literally thousands of "paid WP plugins" to do all sorts of jobs.

Would you like to narrow it down a bit?

... and this should probably be in the "Review Forum"

Paul Forcey does a great plugin called Rank Tracker (ranktrackerplugin.com) - he's a member on here.

It's been a great investment in my business.

WordPress AutoBlogged is the top paid WP plug in. The set up is very simple. It is very powerful and will turn your blog in to revenue generating machine. It can create blog posts using RSS feeds also. You would get a lot of support to maximize the SEO WP blogging facilities.

The prices include support, updation and sublicensing also.

Apart from this there are certain others also---

      • WP Robot
      • All in One SEO Pack
      • Contact Form 7
      • Akismet

If you are serious about internet marketing as a business, then free is not the best way to go in general (IMO).

What if the free plugin 'breaks' when WP is updated? Will the developer fix it?

Buying plugins from a reputable source is something that I am more than happy to do to safe-guard my business. I don't wish to gamble with my livelhood.

      George.

Shhhh... don't spoil it, the OP asked the question I wouldn't!

Although, I considered it for awhile yesterday.

Meanwhile, I completely understand your response.

Personally, I like the paid plugin that goes with the Weaver theme and adds a lot of easy to implement granular functionality to any WordPress site.

But, just because a plugin is a paid version does not necessarily mean that is a better tool than a free version. Some are. Some are not.

And then there are others all around you. You just have to look.

    Great question!
I like WP Robot. I have bought many plugins, and this will generate great content for your site. It has many options and very customizable.
Also Web Traffic Genius and WP Syndicator are great for getting back links.
    Best of luck,

Google XML Sitemaps, All in One SEO Pack, WP Super Cache are the 3 free plugins I recommend in addition to the SEOPressor which is paid but worth your money.

There are many other free and paid plugins that are also great, but the above are excellent for SEO

    Hope this helps

Be careful buying to many plugins. THey can break each other and you may never use them. Or worse, you will find something better in 6 mo. I am glad I took my time buying some. I would have bought 50 if I wasn't on a budget. :0

But the bottom line is you should by an auto-blogger if you do that (prob wp-robot), and then one to focus on keywords, like SEO pressor, cause it dynamically changes the keyword.

So effectively what you're saying is if there is a free plugin that is better maintained, better supported and works better than a paid equivalent, you'd rather go for the paid version?

Strange attitude if you ask me.

As for paid plugins, I use very few, but of the ones I think are worth it are:

    1. WPSyndicator (already mentioned). This automatically syndicates your articles to web 2.0 sites

    2. Easy WP SEO. Like SEOPressor but way better.

Regarding free vs paid for plugins. Early on into IM I had a habit of buying too many products too quickly only to find out that they were not exactly what I was after , or that I could get the functionality I was looking for in a freeware program.

So, long story made short... What I try to do now is test free products before I make any purchasing decisions. This gives me a better understanding for what functionality I'm after and then I'll decide whether or not I need to purchase anything. In most cases I get what I need from the freeware.

Regarding OP's Question: As Istvan pointed out- it's a very vague question. Sounds more like a market research question than a what should I be using question?

For those that use WPSyndicator and/or Digi Article Blaster, could you compare or elaborate on them a little more?

I am considering purchasing one or both of these.

I noticed that they are both by Andy Fletcher, and from the pages, neither seems to really encompass the other. Syndicator is mostly to web 2.0, where as article blaster is mostly to directories.

Are they worth using in conjunction?

Oftentimes, there's a FREE plugin for just about everything you're trying to do but having said that, some developers rightly charge for their efforts to develop an extremely functional plugin.

I'm using a paid file protection plugin but the jury's out on how good it is.

Always try the free stuff first; buying unnecessary stuff is an IM pitfall.

It depends what do you want to use them for.
    SEO , autoposters , building sites , pop-up...
There are to many of them and you should be more precise when you ask aquestion because your answers are going to be too general and they won't help you that much mate.

I used to be hung up on "paid" plugins, but found that there were many great free plugins.

That being said... I don't mind paying good money for a premium plugin that I know is kept updated and where they actually provide support.

My favorite plugin for membership sites (Wishlist Member) is a paid one and well worth every penny. It keeps on getting better and better.
