Tech & communications issues with a1articles / articlealley ?
Hi,
Anyone out there having tech and communications trouble with a1articles / articlealley (their other site)? On this end, we've been trying to post content, but publishing has ceased for the past couple weeks now. Instead of items going live, we've run into:
1) URLs that they give for the article that when you click, point to "missing" content, with no article showing. Then if you resubmit, it remains in "Articles Pending Update" status indefinitely, even if you notify support. Nothing further is published, though, online. RSS feeds remain the same with old content that's been live for awhile.
2) Support used to reply very promptly, but has been silent for a couple weeks now. Some emails bounce back; some don't. No consistency, no replies, no fixes.
Is the site closed?
