Need Outsourcing Advice

Hi, I run a growing website/service in the Finance niche but it is becoming a bit time consuming to manage and its taking time from what I really do as well as other projects. I need to outsource the customer service but I need someone who has a financial background or at least some knowledge of trading/markets. Can anyone say where I might be able to find such a person/service? Is there one central platform where I can post an outsourcing job. Not necessarily looking for somebody cheap, I am looking for good and reliable. Thanks.

Well, it depends on if you want a pay per action agent or a part timer or full time.
Pay per action/call/email response is generally going to be through a company. You can get good companies for that in India and they are relatively tech savvy.

Part time or full time if price is not the biggest concern would be craigs list. Be 100% upfront with what you want even to the point of being a little stiff in your add. You will get netter qualified people that way.

You may have to interview 20 or more to get one, but such is life.
They should bend over backwards to work at home.

You can probably hire an MBA in the Philippines for $500-$700 a month. The country is a good source of dedicated employees with a strong grasp of English.

bestjobs.ph was once the hot place to locate full time outsources, but I understand they have blocked U.S. employers. You might browse the resumes to get an idea of the going local rates.

    jobsonline.com.ph is another possible source.
