Easy Backlinks Like Hubpages, Blogger etc?

Ok, so I know you have blogger, wordpress, squidoo, hubpages, article directories, and social bookmark sites. But how important are RSS feeds, web directories and things like that?

Basically im looking for backlinks that are easy to get, not so much forum posting and blog commenting. Im trying to develop a backlink system that can be duplicated in a predicatable manner if possible.

So what am I missing? If anyone has any advice on this please feel free to chime in. Im also looking for do follow backlinks. Also does anyone know if freewebsubmission.com is worth submitting to or is this just a good way to get your site sandboxed? Thanks
