Clickbank Refunds Process!

Hey warriors,

As an affiliate marketer myself and having promoted lots of clickbank stuff, i seriously think there should be a change in the clickbank refund process, its just far to easy for someone to send an email to clickbank "I Want A Refund Now" hit the send button, refund given.

Now i know im not the only one here getting hit with stupid amounts of refunds but dont you think there should be a new process created in the when wanting to get a refund. In my opinion i think they should continue giving refunds on all products but make the customer fill out some sort of form where they have to answer a few questions about why they are wanting a refund, what reason etc. I honestly think this would dramatically drop refund rate as alot of people could be bothered to go through this process.

Im not saying make them jump through 100 hoops to get their refund but make them at least have to spend 10mins to do it.

Theirs to many people buying products, trying it out for a day, and if they havnt made $1,000,000 by the next day, there saying "SCAM" or "This doesnt work". Then refund again and again.

I know there is alot of crap out there but when you send your subscribers something that you know is a great product then you shouldnt be getting hit with all these refunds.

Hope you all agree with me.

Hopefully clickbank will check out this thread, lol

I think in clickbanks eyes it is a lot better to handout refunds than dispute chargebacks.

Making it harder for the customer to get a refund will probably lead to more chargebacks. IMO

Im not really saying they should dispute them, i just think if they made them have to answer maybe 5 question or so, just to make the process not as easy, but always give the refund. Im sure this would drop the refund rate as alot of people are lazy and it would put them off having to mess about doing it.

Even have a refund form that the customer has to download then send back to clickbank, anything just to make the process not as easy as click the send button.

But as i say, always give the refund, as long as the questions are answered properly with reasonable explanation.

Just look at the Internet Marketing Product Reviews & Ratings parts of the forum. In the money making niche, how many crap product are out there?

The latest scam are in heated discussion everyday at that part of the forum.

What clickbank should do to reduce refund? Not change the process but to do a little bit due diligence and check for crap product before they put it in the market place.

As product quality goes up, refund will drop.

    That my belief.
