Software Creation Programs

Does anyone know of any point and click or easy to use software creation products.

I already have make your own software and software creator and they are not powerful enough for what I am trying to do.

I was thinking about tiger software builder but it looks a bit restricted also.

I would appreciate some suggestions other than writing the programs for scratch which I do not have time for.

    It depend what type of programs you're writing. Can you give us some examples?

    Many of these programs offer only cookie-cutter approaches that don't work well with most types of programs.

    Maybe it would be better to hire someone on elance or odesk for a low hourly rate? (On a side note, programming isn't as hard as it seems for simple applications.)

      I agree with the cookie cutter programs and have a few. I have already place an order with rentacoder and am waiting for a reasonable response.

        A few questions for you.

        Do you want the program to create the content of the page?
        If so based on what information?

        You see generating content automatically is very difficult. At least if you don't want the output to be gibberish. The workaround is to output varying blocks of text, but then you'll have duplicate content.

        I can't say that it's impossible, but I would be rather impressed if you manage to pull it off.

      The only software of this type that I know of and can envision -- I use to be a programmer so I know something of this -- is one that make web pages for bidding sites (ebay's tubolister is an obvious one but there are others. A cookie cutter type would be better as software with options.
      Several specialty database companies do this so it is out there. It is easier to write a program.

        I agree that making the content itself is not an option but making the templates for the projects would be. I am trying to get the program made as I write and It goes something like this:

        Affiliate Site Maker Software Proposal

        Name: Affiliate Site Maker
