Advice On Email Marketing

I have a list in excel with thousands of potential leads for my product. What's the most efficient way to get those out of excel and emailed out to? (from a time perspective)

Trying to work smarter not harder here, and as you may know it takes a bit of time to copy and paste thousands of email addresses. So any shortcuts at all?

Appreciate any advice guys!

    Um I hope you don't plan on sending emails from like a gmail account. You need to look into getting an autoresponder.

    You absolutely NEED an autoresponder. Don't even think about sending mass emails without one. You should be able to import the list into your autoresponder, but they will need to opt-in to your list before you can email them.

    Those autoresponder services get higher delivery than self hosted mail in part by only allowing you to mail to people you have established a relationship with, usually by then opting in to an email contact form. Using many of the bought out email lists can brand you as a Can Spam law violator.
    I have to believe getting a column of data from a spreadsheet to a mass email program is one of the easier steps.

    It used to work in the past and still works for some people to some extent. If you use a Gmail or some other free email providers they will shut your account without notice as you would be flagged as a spammer (not advisable).
    The best bet is to build a list of willing subscribers using a paid autoresponder.

      Aweber won't allow you to import those leads without re confirmation and you might lose a lot of emails. Try phplist , it's free. If you are on CPA el hosting that offers fantastico addon then you can install phplist in less than a minute
