Valuable lesson to learn from "Sex in the City":

I know what you are thinking, what a dingy movie, especially a movie portraying middle-aged women and their sexuality or lack their of of a sex life.
  • Well their is an invaluable lesson to be learned about this movie besides all the glitter, glitz, and glamour. There is a scene in the movie when Sarah Jessica Parker hires a personal assistant even though she writes for a highly replicable company.
  • Well for (1) why do she need a personal assistant and (2) why do a professional writer such as herself needs a personal assistant.
  • This is my observation, one in which merits if you are any kind of entreprenurial, business owner, or in a profession, etc; the reason why you need a personal assistant.
  • Time, Time, and Time. They say time is money and indeed it is and an invaluable personal assistant will help you harness this precious commodity. I know, I know, I know, you say why do I need a personal assistant and I say why do you need one.
  • One good reason why I need one is because I have tasks to many to mention here but to tackle those task I need someone who is as passionate about what I am doing as they are. See two heads are better than one, and four hands, arms, and legs are better than two.

You get the picture. So the start of 2009 interview someone for a personal assistant position in your company. The search won't be long especially with the econonomy in a recession and people looking for work.
