Creating Multiple Facebook Fanpages with Wordpress

I have a couple of different Wordpress themes that are optimised for creating Facebook Fanpages such as wpnexus.

Let's say I want to create 3 different fanpages. Is there a way I can easily do this on the same Wordpress installation?

Do I have to use the Wordpress Multisite option? and if so could anyone link to a decent tutorial on how to do this.

Also, a question to offline marketers who are using wordpress to power fanpages for offline clients. Do you use a separate wordpress install per client? Or use Wordpress Multisite, or something else?

    I would say you need to use the multi site option at the very least.

    As for question 2, that is going to rely on how you are charging your clients.

    It is possible to host their fan pages on your own hosting - but personally I like to push client stuff onto their own server and just charge a set up fee.
