Is 33% decent?

Hey Warriors,

I am wondering what other "non gurus" are experiencing with their email campaigns. I use Aweber and I am averaging a 33% open and click rate with my emails. I know that the amount of subscribers that you have plays a part but generally speaking....is this horrible? Average? Decent?

I was hoping for better but I don't want to beat myself up too much and thought I'd get some feedback from you guys. Thanks in advance.

    Craig, your open and click rate are the same or your click rate is 33%?

    If your open rate is 33% then that's not very good but if the click rate is 33% that seems respectable to me.
