What's the best way to monetize my blog?

I have a blog that gets about 10k hits per month via organic search. It is about working from home/ home business. I have tried to use it to build a mlm business with no success. Any ideas or suggestions on how to make some money with this would be appreciated. I tried adsense awhile back with poor results. Amazon maybe?

    Do you have a plug-in that allows you to build a list? Give away a free report on how to succeed with MLM business and create a marketing funnel to get these leads buying something that you will earn commission from.

    The other alternative is to sell advertising space, it may be worth buying a copy of the problogger book from amazon as it has several chapters on this topic.

      I have not been building a list, although I do have a contact form. I will check out the Problogger book. Thanks. I was wondering if anyone had success with anything in a similar circumstance.

    make sure you have google analytics installed so that you know what people are searching for when the land on your blog. Once you have a good idea what they want you will be able to monetize by offering something that fills their need.
