Any way to Geo-Redirect Offers to Seperate Countries and Block Other Countries?

I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. I do a lot of direct linking through CPV traffic, and I was wondering if there is a tool or script out there that can help me optimize my offers. I am looking for a script that will help me geo-target my offers. So for instance if I am promoting to citizens of the UK, I only want citizens of the UK to see my offer, and I want the ability to block US or any other country I specify to be denied to see that UK offer, and I want the ability to specify a separate offer in case someone from outside of the UK does see my offer.

I also need the ability to cloak my links with a DMR, to remove the referrer, but more importantly I need a way to allow/deny certain contries from seeing my offers, and I need the ability to redirect to a different offer if their from another country.

Does anyone know of a simple self hosted, or even hosted solution that can do this?

    CodeCanyon sells a geo IP redirect script that would be good for country specific content. (sorry I didn't re-find it)

    thanks but i dont have website content, im direct linking so i need something like a script with a link management system where i can set country specific rules for each link

      Hey fartarific, a friend pointed this thread out to me since he knows I custom-developed a GEO-IP script.... and I could easily modify it to do exactly what you want based on what you've said here so far!

      My husband is having surgery this morning so won't be able to think about it until much later today at the earliest. But I'll be back and in touch, ok?
