Can You Recommend A Graphic Designer With Good Sense Of CTR With Banners?

I'm looking for a designer to crank out a quick rectangular banner for my download page.

I don't care how pretty it is... All I care about is getting high click through rate.

If you know a designer like this, can you recommend him?

I'll pay up front with PayPal cash.

If you want a high CTR, don't hire a graphic designer. Do it yourself and make your banners ugly as Hell with a strong headline and a very strong call to action. It's been tested a million times - pretty banners get overlooked.

      Hey Jason,

I have tested this pretty thoroughly. I have found that text banners work best inside of the "make money niche"

However, inside other niches hot women and Studley men seem to work best.

Also, inside of the "personal development niche" text worked best for me.

So, in my experience it is not necessarily the design that pulls CTR it is 1. The copy 2. The hotness of the persons ;-)

    I'll second Russ's opinion.

... think up a great headline, try to implement some scarcity, and a call to action.

You could probably mock something decent up in paint or with sumopaint.com (which is pretty cool if you don't have photoshop).

I've got a pretty cool program called Photo Impact that'll get the job done.

      Thanks for the tips everybody.

Make sure you get at least 2 graphic designers then.
