Service for scanning infoproducts to PDF?

Looking for a service that can scan physical infoproducts to PDF/digital format.

So PDF for books, manuals, etc. MP3 for audio. MPG or similar for video. Ideally, a service that will take care of this without damaging the original (e.g., without cutting the spine of any books or taking apart the binding on manuals).

I know I could go to a local printer, etc for this, but was hoping someone had recommendations for a service they had used in the past.

Trying to get all of my old stuff in digital format. Just moved to a new place and realized is wayyyy past time to take care of this.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Kenton

One I can recommend is bookscanning.com - they do exactly what their URL implies. Base rate is $97 per book. The book is transformed to text with OCR and sent as a Word file - so you can convert to PDF. They keep the book in tact and return it to you.
