My Million Dollar Idea
Hey guys,
First of all, ok it's not a million dollar idea, but hopefully it works to make me a little here and there.
Im relatively new, been doing this for about a month now. Got a lot of help on this forum. Been through adsense, adbrite, chitika and a whole slew of other advertisement programs. None of them really worked too well (got banned from adsense)
I am now using linkshare and cj.com for affiliate marketing.
My site is a community review site Everyday Reviews.
Here is my plan:
I have been advertising on craigslist of needing a publisher for my site. They will get paid in commission for writing reviews. I edit all reviews and put appropriate links and ads on them. Each affiliate will be assigned to ONE publisher so I can keep track of it easily. We split the commission 60/40, 60 them.
I thought this for basically one reason, backlinking. If they are making money off commission, it is just as important for them to have people come to their page, which is my site. With facebook and twitter publishing available on my site, I thought that this would be a good way to get fast traffic. Also, if they earn money, then I earn money. I am planning on paying them through paypal. I already have one publisher and a lot more who are interested. What do you guys think?
